- Depression and low mood (John Bush, Brittany Elkins)
- Trauma, including military experiences (John Bush, Charlene McDonald)
- Recovery from abuse or domestic violence (Charlene McDonald)
- Alcohol or drug use (John Bush, Brittany Elkins)
- Long-term mental health conditions (Brittany Elkins)
John Bush also sees couples, so you and your spouse or partner can come together.

Plans we accept
Our Medicare counselors take Medicare, plus Medicare replacement plans (often called Medicare Advantage) and Medicare supplement plans. Call us with your plan name before your first visit, and we’ll check it for you.
Your share of the cost depends on your plan. With Original Medicare, you usually pay 20% of the Medicare-approved amount after your yearly Part B deductible. A supplement plan may cover some or all of that. Medicare Advantage plans set their own copays.
These counselors also take Kentucky Medicaid plans from UnitedHealthcare, Wellcare, Passport by Molina, Aetna Better Health and Humana, plus TRICARE East and many commercial, Marketplace and EAP plans. See insurance and payments for the full list.
In Louisville or from home
John Bush sees clients at our Louisville office in Dupont Professional Towers, 4010 Dupont Circle, Suite B173 (basement level). Telehealth can be easier if driving is hard or you’re caring for someone at home. You’ll need a device with a camera, a Kentucky address and a private, stationary place. If video is new to you, a family member can help you set up before your first session.
